At Steven Parker, DDS, Dr. Parker has built a small but mighty private dental practice that focuses on what matters most - Family! We're a dental dream team looking for a wonderful and compassionate dental hygienist. We care deeply about our patients and each other, and we’re looking for an amazing hygienist who shares our passion for comfort, care, and good vibes.

One-hour appointments – because quality care takes time.
Flexible schedule – we’ll work with you to find your perfect balance - part time, full time, or a schedule that works best for you and your family!
Supportive, drama-free team led by Dr. Parker & his amazing OM, charming Patient Care Coordinator, and dedicated Dental Assistant.
Classic, private practice – no corporate pressure, just great dentistry.
Competitive pay ($38-44+/hr.)+ benefits – because we value your talent and dedication. (We offer paid time off, 401K, and dental care for all part time employees - if you need a full time position we can also offer access to a health & wellness plan for you to customize the best plan for your family!)

What We’re Looking For:

Someone reliable, personable, and ready to make every patient experience a great one!
Current Ohio Dental Hygienist License
Comfortable with digital technology (digital x-rays, scanner, pano, intraoral photos)
Detail-oriented, caring, and professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you’ll help our patients smile brighter every day by:

Connect with your patients and educate them on how they can best care for their smiles & keep them for life.
Spend quality time reviewing their oral healthcare, medical histories, clinical x-rays, and preparing them for what Dr. Parker may recommend to improve their oral & overall health!
Dig in and do what you do best - keep our patients gums & teeth healthy: from prophy's to SRP & everything in between.
