About Us Join our rapidly growing oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Southeast/Central Michigan! TruForm Surgery was founded by Army veterans, Drs. Adam and Brittany Eidson with a vision of helping patients to discover a healthier, more confident life! We are seeking a motivated Associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. Our state-of-the-art facility in Brighton, with expansion to a second location in Lansing, offers an exceptional environment for both new and experienced surgeons to thrive. Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a full-scope practice with access to an in-house operating room. We provide mentorship for new surgeons and abundant resources for established surgeons to excel. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a cutting-edge, supportive environment. Key Highlights: Full-Scope Practice:

Engage in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures including all-on-X, orthognathic, TMJ and cosmetic surgery if desired. In-House OR:

Perform surgeries in our modern, fully equipped operating room. Mentorship & Growth:

Tailored support for new surgeons and opportunities for established surgeons to expand their practice. Flexible Schedule:
