Your Role & Rewards: • Competitive Guaranteed Salary: Starting at $299,999 • Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 • wRVU Production Model • Additional Performance Bonus: $17,940 • CME Allowance to support ongoing professional growth • RVU Incentives: when you transition from the guaranteed base plan

The guaranteed base salary period allows you to enjoy a smooth start with no immediate RVU expectationsfocus on learning, connecting, and settling into your new practice at your own pace.
