Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Holland, OH. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide documentation per facility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities. Experience treating a geriatric population and working with adaptive equipment.

Assignment Details

Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30. Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
