Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a skilled nursing facility in Sauk City, WI as a traveling Physical Therapist. Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life near the Wisconsin River and within commuting distance of Madison.

Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. PT or PTA candidates accepted; immediate submissions of resumes requested.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with restorative programs and mobility training in post-acute care. Familiarity with electronic medical records used in skilled nursing facilities.
