Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Hampshire PT license required prior to start of assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience treating geriatric populations and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Shift Hours: 08:00 to 16:30.
Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in a skilled nursing facility setting to improve functional outcomes and quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility and regulatory standards. Your work will support resident mobility, safety, and discharge planning outcomes.

The city is approximately 30 minutes from the Maine border and within 45 minutes of the White Mountain National Forest, offering hiking and skiing options.
