As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients' physical and psychosocial status using age-specific data
- Performing ongoing assessments and completing required documentation
- Participating in multidisciplinary care planning
- Incorporating patient teaching and discharge planning
- Assisting other staff in the delivery of patient care
Requirements for this role include:
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Active Illinois RN License
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Active American Heart Association ACLS (required within 30 days of start)
- Ability to work every other weekend
