Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Kennebunk, ME. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness in a skilled nursing setting, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Maine PTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
Ability to follow care plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists and document per facility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with post-acute care populations, transfers, gait training, and restorative programs.
Experience with electronic medical records documentation.
Current CPR certification preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Typical weekly hours: 35 per week.
Candidate may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
