COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Ellendale, ND. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Apply and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active North Dakota COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Facility-required experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Experience implementing restorative programs, ADL retraining, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.
Ability to follow documentation standards in electronic medical records systems used in SNFs preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days. 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Positions Available: 1.
Assignment Length: Approximately 13 weeks; start date in May 2026.
Candidate may be expected to coordinate care with facility interdisciplinary team.
