Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

$120K–$140K base salary + bonus potential Up to $15K annual bonus No call, no weekends, no deliveries Outpatient-only practice Manageable patient volume of
18–20 patients per day Flexible schedule with potential for
4-day workweek Collaborative, team-based environment with strong physician support What you’ll do
Provide comprehensive Women’s Health care in an outpatient setting Manage a patient mix of:
~75% prenatal and postpartum care ~20% well-woman exams
Support menopause and hormone replacement therapy management Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care What we’re looking for
Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP) or Physician Assistant At least 1 year of Women’s Health experience need No new graduates at this time Comfortable managing prenatal and postpartum patients Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Passion for serving a diverse and underserved patient population Practice environment
Work alongside an established Women’s Health team with
OB/GYN physician support Integrated organization with
APPs, resident physicians, and family medicine providers Strong clinical support with dedicated Medical Assistants Collegial, mission-driven culture focused on access and quality care Community Highlights
