Job Description & Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $270000.00 - $280000.00

Role Overview Join a collaborative surgical services team in a not-for-profit, critical access environment where CRNAs practice independently and provide high-quality anesthesia care across a steady mix of orthopedic and general surgery cases. Independent CRNA practice (no anesthesiologists on staff) Case mix: ~85% orthopedics and ~15% general surgery Regional anesthesia and nerve blocks required Flexible schedule Call: currently 1:6, trending to 1:8 once fully staffed Benefits: paid malpractice; medical/dental/vision; life & disability; retirement; and generous PTO Qualifications: active CRNA license; 3+ years preferred; comfort practicing independently including intubation without supervising physician present Why You’ll Love Living in Northern Vermont Settle into a four-season mountain region known for outdoor recreation, scenic drives, and a welcoming community—while still having convenient access to larger city amenities.
