About the Position First Choice Primary Care -

Full Time - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM; Option Saturdays for additional stipend Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Call Schedule: None! Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus:

$10000 Compensation:

Base salary up to $235,000 + $25,000 of potential bonuses based on key performance indicators, not limited to productivity, patient satisfaction, and quality

- Signing bonus up to $10,000 - Relocation assistance up to $10,000 - Loan repayment up to $75,000 Benefits:

PTO Accrual + 9 Paid Holidays • Years 1-2: 120 hours • Years 3-5: 160 hours • Years 6+: 200 hours

CME •40 Hours per year of paid CME benefit •Paid Registration and Travel, up to $3000

Retirement •403b Match: 3% for years 1-5, 5% after 5 years

License Maintenance •State License Annual Renewal •DEA - 3-year Renewal •FTCA - Professional Liability Coverage
