What Youll Be Doing: Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and greet visitors Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting Prepare conference rooms and support meeting logistics Sort and distribute mail, packages, and office supplies Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams (HR, Accounting, etc.) Help with onboarding tasks, employee documentation, and special projects What Were Looking For: 2+ years of administrative or office support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
