The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can handle a full caseload, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including litigation, civil litigation, trial preparation, depositions, hearings, motions, pleadings, and discovery. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies. 3. Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. 4. Prepare for and participate in trials, including the management of exhibits and witnesses, and the preparation of arguments. 5. Engage in effective client communication to keep them informed about case progress, legal issues, and potential strategies. 6. Manage a full caseload, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, meeting all deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality. 7. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the best outcome for our clients. 8. Continually update knowledge and skills relevant to the legal profession and the practice areas of the firm. Qualifications 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. 2. 5+ years of experience in a law firm or similar legal setting. 3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 4. Proven experience in litigation, civil litigation, trial preparation, depositions, hearings, motions, pleadings, and discovery. 5. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 6. Strong case management skills with the ability to handle a full caseload. 7. Exceptional client communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. 8. Proficiency in using legal software for case management, research, and drafting. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. 10.
