This dynamic individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our consulting team and contributing to the smooth operation of our finance department. If you are passionate about finance and accounting, have a knack for details, and possess strong communication skills, we would be delighted to have you join our team. This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to our consulting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters. Participate in quarterly and annual audits. Facilitate client communication and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and management. Perform other administrative duties as required. Qualifications: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with financial software systems is a plus.
