This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility. The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, business torts, contract claims, regulatory matters, and other high-stakes litigation. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and assist with trial preparation Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex legal matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license required 2–6 years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills Experience handling complex commercial or civil litigation matters preferred Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and client service orientation Interested in hearing more?
