Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric Autism Care

* Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism * Mentor practicum students and RBTs * Monitor and analyze progress data to inform treatment decisions * Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities * Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities * Ability to mentor and support staff effectively * Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care * Master's degree (required)
