Our client is seeking a highly proactive, strategic Executive Assistant to support a Partner within a global fundraising and consulting firm. This role operates as a quasi-Chief of Staff, requiring strong critical thinking, calendar ownership, and the ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead. The environment is fast‑paced and mission‑driven, and the ideal candidate is curious, confident, and deeply invested in the "why" behind their executives work. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility to respond after hours as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite (aligned with the executives schedule). Key Responsibilities: Provide high‑level executive support to a Partner focused on strategy and operations Manage complex, high‑volume calendars, using strategic thinking to prioritize meetings and optimize time Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and real‑time adjustments Prepare for meetings by gathering materials, building in prep time, and aligning stakeholders Act as a thought partner to the executive, applying critical thinking to scheduling and prioritization Track follow‑ups, next steps, and key deadlines across projects and client engagements Support business development efforts, including meeting coordination and materials preparation Process expenses and ensure timely submission of reports Maintain organized systems for contacts, documents, and internal records Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage and collaboration across teams Contribute to light office operations support, including meeting logistics and shared resources Qualifications: 3+ years of Executive Assistant or comparable support experience Bachelors degree preferred Strong calendar management experience with ability to think strategically, not just execute Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail High level of professionalism and discretion Proactive, self‑starter mindset with ability to operate independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and thinking critically Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or project tools a plus Compensation/Benefits: Up to $80K-$100K base salary + paid overtime Medical, dental, and vision benefits (employee contribution) Fertility benefits and wellness perks (including Peloton membership) PTO package Hybrid schedule with flexibility based on executive needs Strong culture of collaboration, tenure, and internal growth opportunities Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
