Requirements: Conduct residential real estate closings on a daily basis Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies Address and resolve title curative matters Handle a high volume of transactions Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the North Carolina bar. South Carolina admission is a bonus. 2+ years of experience in residential real estate law. Title review experience is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
