The Planning & Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting operational planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain execution within a high-mix electronics manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key cross-functional partner between planning, operations, procurement, and finance to ensure accurate forecasting, material availability, and revenue alignment. The analyst will monitor production and supply chain performance metrics, maintain planning data integrity, support MRP execution, and provide actionable recommendations to balance customer demand and inventory investment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Revenue Forecasting & Reporting Maintain daily revenue change reporting and communicate schedule impacts affecting forecast attainment. Support forecast roll-up activities and maintain planning accuracy within ERP/MRP systems. Review and validate LBL (Line-by-Line) forecast integrity to ensure revenue risk is accurately reflected prior to forecast reviews. Monitor and report schedule attainment performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Prepare operational report cards and KPI summaries for leadership review. Supply Chain & Inventory Management Calculate and monitor weekly supply chain metrics including: PPV (Purchase Price Variance) Material receipts performance Inventory management metrics Shortage trends Analyze inventory positions and recommend purchase order actions based on MRP signals, demand variability, and inventory targets. Support inventory optimization initiatives to balance customer support, lead times, and working capital objectives. Monitor and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy. Identify excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory risks and recommend corrective actions. ERP / MRP System Management Maintain accurate planning parameters, lead times, order dates, and planning data within ERP/MRP systems. Review MRP exception messages and recommend appropriate supply chain actions. Support continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting tools, and system data integrity. Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to ensure accurate material visibility and execution priorities. Job Requirements Minimum BA degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related discipline Minimum 2 years procurement or supply chain experience Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills to communication effectively with internal and external customers and vendors.
