The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines Produce precision-machined parts to print and specification Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to verify quality Adjust offsets and machine settings as needed Monitor production and maintain part consistency Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments Support daily shop operations alongside a small, collaborative team Maintain a clean and organized work area

Machines, Controls & Inspection Tools

You'll work with equipment such as:

Machines: Haas CNC mills and lathes Controls: Haas controls Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, and standard precision measuring equipment

Materials You'll Work With

Materials may include:

Aluminum Steel Stainless Steel General production materials depending on customer requirements

What We're Looking ForRequired

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work in a team-oriented shop environment Comfortable lifting 30-40 pounds regularly Desire to produce quality work and continue learning

Preferred

Previous CNC machining experience Experience setting up or operating CNC mills and/or lathes Familiarity with Haas controls Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools

Pay, Benefits & SchedulePay Range
