**Join Our Dynamic Resource Pool as an RN!**
**Job Description:**
- Exciting opportunity to be part of a skilled team providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment!
- Position: RN for Resource Pool, Float, M/S Tele with ED Hold responsibilities.
- **Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience, with a focus in tele or medical-surgical.
- Current AHA BLS certification required; CMSRN preferred.
- NIHSS certification required prior to starting.
- Epic experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.
- **Schedule:**
- Availability: Monday to Sunday with no block schedules.
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays.
- Minimum of every other weekend required (scheduling adjusted for unit and patient care needs).
- **Patient Care:**
- Work with ED hold patients as part of M/S Tele responsibilities.
- Nurse to patient ratio: R5: 1:4, R6: 1:4, R7: 1:5 (adjustments can be made).
- **Support Staff:**
- Ancillary assistance available (CNA/PCT).
- Unit staff per shift: R5: 3, R6: 3, R7: 4.
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrubs: Navy Blue & White, solid colors in any combination.
- Comfortable shoes required; minimal jewelry, groomed hair/beard.
- **Documentation System:**
- Utilizes EPIC for electronic documentation and medication management.
- **Floating:**
- Required to float between R5, R6, R7, and possibly other tele units as scheduled.
