Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: San Jacinto, CA Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position DAP Health - Full Time Hours:40 Hour 5 Day Work Week Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $50000 Compensation: Base Salary of $338,000 $50,000 New Hire Bonus $15,000 Annual Regional Stipend Benefits: - Health insurance with employer contribution - HSA & FSA - Employer-paid basic life insurance - AD&D, short and long-term disability - 401k with company match - 160 hours of vacation time - 96 hours of sick leave - 12 paid holidays - Paid medical license, renewal, and certification - 5 days CME and $2,500 Additional Info: Provides comprehensive primary care under the direction of the CMO, delivering preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services to diverse patient populations in an outpatient setting. Diagnoses and treats illnesses, performs minor procedures, conducts physical exams, and develops care plans. Supervises mid-level providers and clinical staff, supports training, and participates in quality improvement, peer review, and audits. Maintains accurate medical records, ensures regulatory compliance, and meets productivity and clinical performance standards. Requires MD or DO with active California license, board certification in primary care, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
