Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience providing care for geriatric or post-acute populations preferred. Ability to follow established care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Shift pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts). Start: ASAP. Assignment length: 14 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.

Location Highlights Located in Aledo, IL, this area offers a balance of small-town living and regional access to larger cities. Aledo is within a short drive of the Mississippi River and is about 40 miles west of Rock Island, providing riverfront recreation and boating opportunities. The area is near Black Hawk State Historic Site and close to several public parks and trails, offering hiking and outdoor activities within 30 minutes. Commuting to Peoria takes approximately 60–70 minutes by car, providing access to urban dining, museums, and regional medical centers. The community is suited to clinicians seeking a quiet, suburban lifestyle with straightforward access to outdoor and cultural amenities.
