Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide quality outpatient care in an orthopedic and vestibular setting. Ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient therapy, although new graduates are welcome to apply. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, managing treatment plans, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic treatments to assist patients in achieving their functional goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Utah (or eligibility).
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not mandatory.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
