Job Location This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis, IN

* Outpatient only * Shared call schedule * EPIC EMR * Full onsite lab services * Large group of specialists based nearby on south side and at Community Hospital South Licensure & Certifications * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine * Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana Desired Requirements * Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team * Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians * Embrace PRIIDE values (PRIIDE: Patients First, Relationships, Integrity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Excellence) About Us Headquartered in Indianapolis, Community Health Network has been deeply committed to the communities it serves since opening its first hospital, Community Hospital East, in 1956.
