Opportunity:
OR Circulator & PACU experience
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Call required every 3rd day and every 3rd weekend
• Weekend coverage includes Saturday/Sunday/Monday
• Must have both OR Circulator and PACU experience
• Must be able to perform C-sections
• CERNER experience required
• Handle average of 6-8 OR cases per day
• Patient to provider ratio of 1:1
• Case breakdown: 96% GI Endoscopy and EGD, 2-4 Ortho cases, 1-3 General Surgeries, 2-3 Podiatry cases, 2-3 OBGYN cases
• Required certifications: BLS/ACLS/PALS
• Must have positive can-do attitude and ability to stay late if needed
• 2 years of experience required
• 2 specialty references required
• Must be located outside 60-mile radius restriction
Facility:
This healthcare facility operates a busy surgical department with a focus on gastrointestinal endoscopy procedures. The facility maintains a diverse surgical schedule including orthopedic, general surgery, podiatry, and obstetric/gynecologic cases. The organization utilizes CERNER electronic medical records system and emphasizes teamwork and flexibility among surgical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
