Role: IT Project Manager

Location: London Bridge

Work Pattern: Fully In Office (View to go hybrid once embedded in company)

Salary: £60,000-£65,000

Job Overview:

An established organisation is seeking an experienced ERP IT Project Manager to lead its ERP function, supporting a well-established platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a small, high-performing internal team while owning the full lifecycle of ERP enhancements. The platform has evolved significantly since its implementation and now supports a substantial volume of ongoing change.

The successful candidate will act as the key bridge between internal stakeholders and a third-party development partner, ensuring delivery quality, driving improvements, and maintaining strong operational performance.

This role requires an on-site presence five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP enhancements.
Act as the primary point of contact for the third-party development partner, holding them accountable for delivery, quality, and timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
Produce clear reports, updates, and communications for senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement across ERP processes, documentation, QA, and support practices.
Represent the ERP function in senior stakeholder discussions when required.

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience with an ERP platform.
Strong SQL skills (essential).
Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira or Linear.
QA experience is desired.
Background in IT project management, product management, or senior leadership roles.
Proven experience owning or contributing to a software product lifecycle.
Experience working with third-party vendors.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
A flexible and empathetic management style, with the ability to adapt to individual team needs.
Experience supporting consumer-facing or business-wide platforms is advantageous.
