Secondary Supply Teacher – Liverpool

Milk Education is seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across schools in the Liverpool area. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and help maintain a calm and positive learning environment where every student feels motivated to succeed.

You will work closely with school leadership teams and teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning across a range of subjects and year groups.

📍 Location: Liverpool

🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible supply work available)

💡 Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A proactive and professional attitude with a commitment to inclusive education
Ability to provide two recent references

🎯Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3–KS5 (or within your subject specialism)
Create and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
Support pupils’ academic progress and engagement
Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs
Maintain high standards of behaviour management
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
