**Exciting Opportunity for RN in NICU!**
**Job Description:**
* Join an exceptional team dedicated to caring for our tiniest patients in a Level 4 NICU!
* Work in a dynamic environment with patient ratios of 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 supported by CNAs.
* Experience a fulfilling role providing both routine and complex neonatal care.
* Utilize your skills in assessing, planning, and delivering care tailored to the needs of infants and their families.
* Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to manage and meet the psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs of patients.
* Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
* Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers, fostering understanding and support.
**Job Requirements:**
* **Education:**
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
* **Experience:**
* Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty preferred.
* **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:**
* Current BLS Certification (AHA only).
* STABLE Certification (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants).
* Current NRP Certification.
* RN License in the state of TX or compact.
* **Position Requirements:**
* Attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
* Complete New Hire Preceptorship with trained staff.
* Fulfill all annual competency verification requirements.
* **Schedule:**
* Full-Time, 7 AM - 7 PM.
* **Preferred Experience:**
* Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a Perinatal Setting.
