Med/Surg Tele RN
Job Details:
• Work night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) or four 12-hour shifts per week (48 hours)
• Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (must be active with nothing pending)
• Two references from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director required from past 12 months
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules (4 hours billable, additional time non-billable)
• Annual module completion required for ongoing assignments
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• Drug screen required within 12 months of start date
• Extensions available up to 18 months with 6-month break requirement afterward
