Job Details:
• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with variable schedule
• 13-week assignment duration
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within OR specialty required
• Required certification: AHA BLS
• Preferred certification: AHA ACLS
• Must have expertise in all surgical cases including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gynecology
• Handle case volumes varying between 28-55 cases per day
• Work with heavy service lines including Ortho, Neuro, Urology, General, and Thoracic surgeries
• Operate with 3 XI Robots for General, Urology, and Thoracic service lines
• Work in 24/7 staffed main inpatient surgical unit
• No local candidates within 50 miles considered

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical department that serves as the main inpatient surgical unit for their campus. The facility maintains 24-hour, 7-day-per-week operations with high case volumes and advanced surgical capabilities. The organization features state-of-the-art robotic surgical equipment and specializes in multiple service lines including orthopedic, neurological, urological, general, and thoracic surgeries, providing cutting-edge surgical care to their patient population.
