Required Skills

Active RN license in your state or in-hand license prior to start date
Minimum of 1 year recent emergency room experience
Valid BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to float within scope as needed
Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required

Nice to Have Skills

Prior experience in a high-volume emergency setting
Certifications in trauma or advanced life support procedures
Flexibility for block scheduling and other preferences discussed during interview

Preferred Education and Experience

Licensed Registered Nurse with at least one year of emergency care experience in a comparable healthcare environment

Other Requirements

Night shift availability (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Two professional references required at submission
