**Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team: Med Surg / Cardiology RN**
**Job Description:**
- **Position Title:** RN - 2 West - Med Surg / Cardiology
- **Unit:** 2 West - 30027
- **Shift:** PM (18:45-07:15)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend
- **Float Requirements:** First to float
**Unit Overview:**
- **Number of Beds:** 30
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6
- **Equipment:** Standard Acute Care equipment
- **EMR System:** Cerner
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality care to pre and post-heart catheterization patients
- Manage a diverse patient population with cardiac and med-surge needs
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- **Must Have:**
- 2+ years of Med Surg nursing experience
- Cardiology experience preferred
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Strong acute care skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
