Required Skills:

Current and in good standing RN license (Florida DOH or MultiState)
Valid BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform accurate assessments and timely interventions
Knowledge of infection control policies and safety protocols
Competence in clinical decision-making and patient advocacy

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings
Additional certifications in specialized areas of nursing
Experience with utilization review or hospital accreditation processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Prior experience in emergency nursing or related fast-paced clinical settings
Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
Ability to perform physical tasks related to emergency nursing, including standing for extended periods and assisting with patient mobility
Commitment to maintaining clinical proficiency and ongoing professional development
