Mercyhealth System in Janesville, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join our established practice at Mercyhealth East Clinic.

Join a respected, patient-centered practice within a fully integrated regional health system serving Southern Wisconsin.

Opportunity Overview:

Join a well-established Internal Medicine/Pediatrics practice
36 hours of patient care per week - excellent work-life balance
Practice located at Mercyhealth East Clinic, just four miles from the hospital
Deliveries performed at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center
Hospital-employed position
EPIC EMR systemwide

Departmental Scope:

Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric and adult patients
Preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits
Collaboration with a strong referral network of specialty providers
Access to integrated hospital, specialty, and ancillary services within the Mercyhealth system

Practice within a supportive, team-oriented clinic environment with experienced nursing and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package:
Range $270000- $325000
Retention/ Sign On bonus
