Position Highlights:
- Guaranteed compensation floor of $328,000 for 2 years
- $100,000 retention bonus after 4 years
- Flexible 4- or 5-day schedule
- Light call (1–2 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends)
- Team-based care with 20 providers
- Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage
- Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
