Job Details:
• Block scheduling with 1:1 patient ratios
• On-call required: 1-2 per weekdays, 1-2 weekends per month
• Weekend coverage required
• Daily census of 5-6 patients in 5 operating rooms
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Compact nursing license must be in hand at submission
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Knowledge and skills required in orthopedic, general, gynecological, and podiatry procedures
• Scrub color: Navy for all RNs
• Free parking in any unrestricted space
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours pre-start and annually
• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• May float between sister facilities; refusal may result in termination
• Care for patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
