**Exciting Opportunity for Home Health RN!**
Join our compassionate and dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional home health care! We are looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing services to clients of all ages. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, this role is for you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct client admissions, evaluations, and develop tailored care plans
- Collaborate with a skilled team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals
- Strive for the highest level of coordinated care for clients in Caledonia and southern Essex counties
**Qualifications:**
- Current Vermont RN license required
- Minimum of one year of prior clinical experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS
**Shift Information:**
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Possible weekend shifts
