Mercy Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our well-established practice at Defiance Clinic in Defiance, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative clinic + hospital-based setting , with the added benefit of seamless connections to larger tertiary centers within Mercy Health’s regional network.

Practice Highlights
- Balanced Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour clinic days with shared call responsibility (weekend call as assigned).
- Patient Volume : Average of 20–28 patients per day (adult and geriatric).
- Procedures Commonly Performed :
- Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy
- Myringotomy & Tube Placement
- Sinus Surgery
- Thyroidectomy
- Septoplasty
- Frenulectomy
- Tympanoplasty
- Parotidectomy
- Clinic Support : Dedicated LPNs and RNs, with access to on-site RT, Radiology, Lab, and Sleep Lab.
- Ancillary Services : Radiology, PT/OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, and access to multiple specialty practices including surgery, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, podiatry, wound care, neurology, oncology, pain management, pulmonary, behavioral health, and more.
