Title: Senior Residential Conveyancer

Location: Remote / Hybrid Opportunities Available

Salary: Up to £68,000 Basic + Lucrative Bonus Structure

An ambitious and rapidly growing conveyancing business is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking for flexibility, autonomy, strong earning potential, and long-term career progression within a modern and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a well-structured operational and administrative team. The role offers genuine flexibility around working hours and the opportunity to work remotely or on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
Maintaining excellent client communication throughout the transaction process.
Working closely with internal support teams to ensure efficient case progression.
Delivering high-quality legal work while managing caseload capacity effectively.

About You

We welcome applications from experienced Residential Conveyancers who are confident managing files independently.

You should have:

Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
Experience handling your own caseload autonomously.
Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
The ability to work effectively within a remote or hybrid environment.
A desire for long-term progression within a growing and ambitious business.
