**Job Description:**

- Immediate start available for passionate Registered Nurses in a Medical/Surgical setting.
- Provide routine and complex care while developing long-range goals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Perform independently, making decisions that matter in the lives of your patients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Fulfill the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring side effects and effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
**Job Requirements:**
- Education/Skills:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
- BLS certification from AHA required.
- RN License in state of employment or compact required.
**Work Schedule:**
- Full-time positions are available for the night shift.
