**Join Our Dynamic Trauma ICU Team!**
**Job Description:**
- **Unit:** 5500-1004 - 3 West B - Trauma ICU
- **Profession:** Registered Nurse
- **Specialty:** ICU
- **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care in a Level I Trauma ICU environment
- Handle patient ratios of 1:2 during day, night, and weekend shifts
- Float required across ICU, IMC, and Tele as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 2 years preferred; travel experience preferred
- **Certifications:**
- Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Preferred: PALS, TNCC
- **Skills:**
- Ventilator Management and Care of Ventilated Patients*
- Central Line Management and IV Therapy
- Cardiac Monitoring and ICP Monitoring*
- Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
**Facility Details:**
- Daily Census: 14
- Number of Rooms: 14
- Number of Beds: 16
- Additional Support: Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Social Services, and more
**Additional Information:**
- Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 request allowed
- Weekly Weekend Commitment: Half of the contracted shifts

Travelers residing in the following counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
