**Join Our Dynamic Outpatient Dialysis Team!**
**Job Description:**
- Seeking a passionate RN for Outpatient Dialysis
- Location: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403
- Flexible scheduling: Work 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed
- Opportunities to float to St. Albans & Berlin
- Engage with chronic renal patients undergoing ESRD treatment
- No call required, but Saturday availability is a must
**Requirements:**
- AHA BLS certification
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience required
- EPIC experience from the last 2 years is nonnegotiable
**Additional Information:**
- IVS to OFFER a supportive experience
- Work days available: Monday to Sunday
- No block schedules allowed
- Ensure all gaps in employment over 90 days are explained
- Complete work history information required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
**Disclaimers:**
- Reliable transportation is essential; public transport is NOT accessible in the area
- Personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended
- Ensure vehicles are equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April
