**Job Description:**
- Are you ready to elevate your nursing career in an exciting critical care environment?
- We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team during the day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM!
- Experience the thrill of working with high acuity patients and cutting-edge technology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Manage complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Document comprehensive patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: 1 year in critical care nursing preferred; new graduates are welcome!
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current BLS certification (AHA only)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA only)
- RN License in Texas or compact state.
**Position Requirements:**
- New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days.
- Initial onboarding with a designated trained staff member to validate competency.
- Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
**Work Schedule:**
- Days: 7 AM - 7 PM
- Work Type: Full-Time
