- Position: Cath Lab RN
- Location: SMMC CATH LAB
- Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
- Scheduling Type: Self
- Call Required: Yes (M-F 1730-0700; Weekends: F-S 1730-0700)
- Number of Rooms: 2
- Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
**Qualifications:**
- Employment Type: Travel (2 years of experience required, 1 year in specialty)
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- BLS
- Skills Required:
- Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures
- Cardiac Stent Placement
- Left and Right Heart Catheterization
- Experience Required:
- Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab
- Circulate Procedures
**Special Procedures/Unit Details:**
- Provides care for conditions such as:
- STEMI
- Arrhythmias
- Kidney and Carotid Blockage
- Equipment Used:
- Alaris pumps
- FFR
- Angiojet
- PV Atherectomy
- Defibrillator
- Crash Cart
**Interdisciplinary Support:**
- Collaboration with:
- Respiratory Services
- Radiology
- Pharmacy
- Transportation
