A well-established organisation is looking for a creative and organised Digital Communications Assistant Manager to support the delivery of engaging online communications and digital content across a variety of platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong digital storytelling abilities, content creation experience, and a proactive approach to communications.

🔹 Your Responsibilities:

✔ Manage and update website content to ensure information remains accurate and engaging

✔ Create digital content including graphics, reels, videos, stories, and written copy

✔ Coordinate and schedule social media activity across multiple platforms

✔ Monitor analytics, audience engagement, and digital performance

✔ Support email communications, campaigns, and content planning

✔ Produce visually engaging materials using digital design platforms

✔ Assist with wider communications and marketing projects across the organisation

✔ Liaise with external providers and support ongoing digital development

✔ Attend events and collaborations to capture content and increase brand visibility

🔹 What They’re Looking For:

✔ Previous experience within digital communications, marketing, or content creation

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Strong social media management and audience engagement experience

✔ Exceptional organisational and time management skills

✔ Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous

✔ Knowledge of analytics, campaign scheduling, and digital reporting tools

✔ A proactive, adaptable, and creative mindset

✔ Comfortable working within a faith-based environment
