Med/Surg Tele RN
Job Details:
• Work night shifts with choice of 36 or 48 hours per week (must declare preference in submission)
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have at least 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS (must be active with nothing pending)
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum of 2 attempts to pass required assessments or will be canceled
• PBDS Assessment is waived
• Two references from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required from assignments worked in past 12 months
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules (4 hours billable, additional time non-billable)
• Must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing contract
• Negative 10 panel drug screen required within 12 months of start (updated annually)
