We have a very busy and well-established General Practice looking for knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate technicians to help us provide our clients with a high touch and great experience.
Our General Practice Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and assisting in organizing the General Practice department. They are involved in patient care and assisting our DVMs with appointments. They are also responsible for guiding the team, organizing the shift, and managing patients to maximize efficiency. They are also responsible for scheduling, annual reviews, training, kudos and disciplinary coaching.

This is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and of the Veterinary Technician Staff. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Implementing department policies and procedures.
• Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
• Enforcing charge captures.
• Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
• Record keeping.
• Marketing.
• Facility maintenance.
