Clinical Education Content Delivery
Job Details:
• HWS rebooks only with previous Mission experience preferred
• Deliver assigned clinical education content to impacted staff
• Support education for core staff, travelers, contract labor, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide unit-based rounding, reinforcement, and just-in-time coaching
• Validate understanding and competency when required
• Document education completion accurately and timely
• Support night shift, weekend, and hard-to-reach colleague education
• Assist with focused re-education based on audit findings or practice observations
• Acute care experience, critical care, or procedural experience required
• Strong communication, coaching, and teaching skills required
• Must be comfortable rounding on units and engaging staff in real-time education
• Ability to work independently while following established education plans and content
• Must support flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends
• Previous experience preferred in nursing education, clinical teaching, competency validation, nurse residency training, preceptor development, skills validation, and staff orientation
• Familiarity with education tracking tools, dashboards, LMS platforms, or competency checklists preferred
